About Ednodontics

Endodontics is a modern and effective solution in the treatment of inflamed root canals. It must be said that a dentist and an endodontist are not the same, even though they perform dental treatment. An endodontist is a specialist who performs professional root canal treatment. Timely detection of inflammation and proper treatment allows you to save your teeth and a beautiful smile.

We do not perform retreatment of tooth root canals in complicated cases. Consult your dental professional to find the best solutions for overtreatment.

*Re-treatment – repeated treatment of tooth canals when its roots have been filled and the tooth has already been closed.

The Pulpitis

The pulp, also known as the "dental nerve", is the inner part of the tooth that contains blood vessels and nerves, or the set of soft tissues in the tooth cavity.

Pulpitis is a common cause of tooth pain that is not visible externally. There are many nerves in the pulp, as a result of which the inflammatory process proceeds painfully. The patient cannot eat solid, cold or hot food, experiencing severe discomfort. In the most difficult cases, rapidly progressing pulpitis leads to jaw tissue damage and blood poisoning.

If you suffer from a painful tooth, the pain returns and does not go away, do not postpone the visit to the dentist. It must be said that practice shows that there have also been cases when the patient did not feel any specific pain, but the inflammatory process has already progressed, as a result of which the nerve of the tooth is removed.

Treatment of pulpitis - if the pulp is damaged, it is removed and the tooth is sealed - such a tooth is called a dead tooth (it is no longer alive because there is no more pulp in it). Such teeth can naturally change their color or pigmentation. Also, a tooth that has had its pulp removed becomes more fragile than a living tooth.
